多级孔ZIF-8 净化结合HPLC 法检测水产品中6 种多环芳烃的研究

摘要:该文以多级孔ZIF-8(macro-microporous ZIF-8,M-ZIF-8)作为吸附剂进行净化,建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定水产品中6种多环芳烃的方法。优化了分散固相萃取条件(萃取溶剂的用量、M-ZIF-8的用量、解吸溶剂的选择),提高了多环芳烃的回收率,用建立的方法对市售的100批次水产品进行了多环芳烃检测。结果表明,在优化条件下,6种多环芳烃线性良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.999,定量限(LOQ)为0.05~0.26μg/kg,回收率为90.2%~108.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.5%~4.1%。该方法快捷可靠,可以同时检测水产品中6种多环芳烃,并且M-ZIF-8可以循环使用至少5次,降低分析成本。因此,该方法对于水产品中多环芳烃的检测具有很好的应用前景。

Research on the Detection of 6 kinds of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Aquatic Products by M-ZIF-8 Purification Combined with HPLC

Abstract: This paper used macro-microporous ZIF-8 (M-ZIF-8) as adsorbents for purification to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 6 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The dispersive solid-phase extraction conditions (including the amount of extraction solvent, the amount of M-ZIF-8, and the choice of desorption solvent) were optimized and the recovery rate of PAHs was increased. The established method was used to detect PAHs in 100 batches of aquatic products sold on the market. The results showed that under the optimized conditions, the 6 kinds of PAHs had good linearity, and the correlation coefficients (r2) were all greater than 0.999, the limits of quantitation (LOQ) were 0.05~0.26 μg/kg, the recovery rates were 90.2%~108.2%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.5%~4.1%. The method is fast and reliable, can simultaneously detect 6 kinds of PAHs in aquatic products. In addition, M-ZIF-8 can be reused at least 5 times, thereby reducing analysis costs. Therefore, this method has a good application prospect for the detection of PAHs in aquatic products.
